Fireworks Over the Beach
Hope everyone had a Happy Fourth of July! I spent the holiday at the beach with my family. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the fireworks.How did you spend your holiday?
Every year our family gathers for a big dinner, then we watch the fireworks from our driveway! They shoot them off at the river, just three blocks from our house, which gives us a front row seat for viewing the aerials. The younger ones walk down to the river to watch, so they can see the ground displays as well. It has become a family tradition now, as we have been doing it every 4th. since 1989.
Love the fireworks. We were in the mountains where it was cool and buggy. No fireworks there. Great photos.

ReplyDeleteI spent mine with my sisters. We had a picnic at a park called Lake Bowen.. and than we went to another park to watch the fireworks.

DeleteSo glad you had a happy 4th of July weekend. We stayed home and took it easy. Hubby did some grilling.
ReplyDeleteGrilling, I love this time of year and I miss grilling on the 4th. It's always good to relax at home and enjoy family and good food.
